Record the change
Name the owner, what people will do differently, how adoption will be measured and when it’s reviewed.
Measure, then confirm
Record the result over a period after the change went live. Only the owner or a delegate can confirm it, with a reason. Finishing milestones never does.

Five checkpoints, from implementing the change to confirming its value, go onto the project plan, and the plan prompts you when a measurement window opens.
Report what it returned
The project overview shows each initiative’s target, measured and confirmed results. Status updates carry a Value section, and the client portal shows measured outcomes without money.
