About Meridi

Better change starts with understanding the work.

We’re building Meridi to help teams understand how their business works and keep that knowledge useful. People leading change need a clear picture of the work they’re changing.

Where we started

Meridi grew out of a recurring challenge in project delivery. Helping a business improve often began with reconstructing how it worked today. The knowledge was there, but spread across conversations, documents and individual experience.

Each new engagement meant gathering that understanding again. A map or spreadsheet captured a moment in time, but clients needed a way to keep it useful as their business changed.

That raised a simple question: if people are already explaining the work in conversation, why should capturing and maintaining it require so much additional effort?

What we believe

Software should reduce administrative work. The time people spend explaining how their business runs should build knowledge they can keep, rather than leave them with more information to copy into another tool.

Smaller teams deserve better tools. Bringing structure to a business should be within reach of the people doing the work, even when they don’t have a large team or a specialist background.

Understanding a process also means asking why. Knowing what happens is a starting point. Knowing why a step exists helps people decide what to keep, what to question and what to improve.

Who we’re here for

We’re focused on operations teams, project managers and the people improving processes, whether they work inside a business or alongside clients.

They often lead work across departments outside their own expertise. We want to make it easier for them to learn from the people who know the work, without making those people responsible for another layer of administration.

Where we’re going

Our ambition is to help businesses approach change with a clearer view of what it affects, who needs to be involved and what value they expect to create.

Over time, the knowledge a business builds should make its next decision easier. It should help new colleagues learn the work, preserve what experienced people know and give teams a shared starting point as the business grows.

Let’s talk about the work.

Meridi is available today. If you’re responsible for how a business works, we’d like to hear what you’re trying to improve.
