Process Review
What they can open. You choose what’s shared with them.
Process knowledge to review
Processes that name them as owner, waiting for them to confirm.
Approvals
Sign-offs and reviews they approve or reject, with a comment and their name.
Documents
Files you publish and share, like a deck Meridi drafted and you exported.
Three access levels. Client access is free on Delivery.
Choose a level for each person you invite. Confirming a process is only for the person recorded as its owner.

Read progress, documents, and who else is on the portal.
- Reviewer
Review assigned work, comment, and approve. Cannot see the team directory or upload files.

Review, comment, approve, upload documents, and update assigned action items.
What you can do.
Invite clients free
Invite the people on a project as viewers, reviewers or collaborators. They sign in with a link by email, and don’t use a seat.
Owners confirm their processes
A process’s owner confirms it’s right, or says what needs to change, and the process moves to Verified or back to Needs review.
One place to approve
Milestone sign-offs, procedure reviews and document approvals wait in one list, with a notice by email and a weekly digest.
Progress without the money
Clients follow the plan and progress, including measured outcomes for the initiatives you share, without money figures.
Deliverables from project records
Meridi plans a deliverable from the project’s records for you to review, then drafts it as PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, to edit section by section.
Presentation design
Build an editable deck from a preset in one of three themes, and export it as PowerPoint or PDF. In beta.
