Yes, and it doesn’t expire. A free workspace has 1 editor and up to 5 processes, and you don’t need a credit card. It also includes 1,000 AI credits to try Meridi AI for 30 days.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your free workspace stays available. Its 1,000 introductory AI credits expire after 30 days. You can keep reading, editing and verifying your processes. Choose a paid plan when you want to keep using Meridi AI.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for work Meridi AI does, such as answering a question, drafting an SOP or processing a meeting. Paid plans include a monthly allowance: 4,000 on Base, 10,000 on Discovery and 20,000 on Delivery. Unused monthly credits don’t roll over.
How far do credits go?
A chat answer uses 5 to 60 credits, typically 5 to 20. An SOP draft uses 225. Jumpstart uses 25 for each 10,000 characters it reads, rounded up, and your workspace’s first Jumpstart is free. Recording a meeting uses 10 a minute, and a live voice conversation 20 a minute.
What happens if I run out?
Meridi AI pauses until your credits renew. Everything else keeps working: reading, editing, verifying and exporting, and your work stays saved. On a paid plan you can buy a pack to continue straight away: 1,000 for $10, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100. Purchased credits last 12 months.
How do seats work?
Each plan includes 1 editor. On paid plans, additional editors cost $15 each a month and add 1,000 monthly AI credits each. Read-only members are free. Editors and read-only members together count toward the 20-member internal team limit. On Delivery, client portal users don’t use editor seats or count toward that limit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Higher plans include the tools in the plans below them, so you can add capabilities without moving your work.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly. Cancel from billing whenever you like; your plan continues until the end of your billing period.
Which tools does Meridi connect to?
Google Calendar is live. These work with limits: Google Drive and Docs (only the files you pick), Gmail (reads threads with your stakeholders and saves drafts you approve; Meridi never sends), and OneDrive and Outlook mail (read-only). The systems you record on a process, like Okta or Workday, are part of the record; Meridi doesn’t need to connect to them.
