Acceptance of terms
By creating a Meridi account or using the Meridi website and application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Meridi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Description of Meridi
Meridi is a delivery operating system for consulting, implementation, and transformation teams. It helps capture meetings, decisions, and risks across client engagements and internal projects, and turn them into structured next steps inside a shared workspace. Specific features and limits depend on your plan.
Accounts and organization workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
Workspaces in Meridi are typically owned by an organization. Workspace administrators may invite, remove, and manage members and may have visibility into workspace content.
Client and project content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you and your teammates upload, create, or generate inside Meridi (your "Customer Content"). You grant Meridi a limited license to host, process, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload Customer Content, including any client materials, meeting recordings, and third-party data, and for your use of any AI-generated outputs.
Calendar and meeting integrations
Meridi offers optional integrations, including Google Calendar and a meeting notetaker that joins video meetings on your behalf. When you connect an integration, you authorize Meridi (and our subprocessors, including Recall.ai) to access the data described in our Privacy Policy in order to provide the requested functionality.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect, including any obligations to inform meeting participants that a notetaker is present and to obtain consent where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Meridi to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or performing high-volume scraping.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to reverse engineer Meridi.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features of Meridi are offered on a paid subscription. Plan limits, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plans from time to time. Material changes affecting your active subscription will take effect on your next renewal unless we indicate otherwise.
Disclaimers
Meridi supports delivery operations by surfacing context, drafting artifacts, and recommending next steps. Outputs generated by Meridi, including AI summaries, extracted actions, risks, and recommendations, are intended as inputs to your work. You and your team remain responsible for professional judgment, client advice, and final decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Meridi for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Meridi at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you creates a material risk to Meridi or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
