Security & data

Your information. Understand how it’s used.

Your workspace holds the knowledge behind your business. Here’s how Meridi uses that information, manages access and gives you choices about connected accounts and your data.

How workspace data is used

Meridi processes account details, workspace content and usage diagnostics to run and support the service. We do not sell personal information. Service providers help us host the platform and deliver its features.

Connected accounts

Google and Microsoft connectors are optional and request consent separately. Their access depends on the connector you choose. The Privacy Policy lists what each can read or change and how to disconnect it.

Protection and access

Workspace roles and sharing choices govern access to information. Our safeguards include encrypted transport, access restrictions and monitoring for reliability and security events. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Retention and deletion

You can request access, exports or deletion where applicable. Some information may be retained for service, legal, security or backup needs. The Privacy Policy explains these choices and how to contact us.

AI and meeting data

When you use AI or meeting features, Meridi processes the content you submit or authorize it to capture. Integrated providers may help generate the requested outputs, which can be stored in your workspace for your team to review.
